- Have a prominent "contact me" button on your website. If you don't use a separate "contact" page, no problem. At the very least, feature your email address in your bio section on your homepage. Make sure your customers can reach you! If you have a business phone number, use it.
- It's good to have an "about me" page, or an info page, with your credentials. This can be as simple as a journal-style gallery, with a photo of you in it, and use the caption area to describe you, your work, your services, and more. Want to get fancy? No problem! - List references on your site. Make it easy for customers to trust you.
- Don't choose a long, hard to type nickname. Make it easy to say, and type, and remember.
- Make it easy to see your services, pricing, packages, and more. Here's great example from

- Feature the SmugMug Guarantee prominently. Here is an example. Don't forget, you can also link to shipping and help pages, too!
- Before an event, create a gallery for that event. Print out flyers, cards, or handouts, with the direct link to the gallery. Make it easy for your customers to buy!
